Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains subscription billing, free trials, automatic renewals, cancellations, and refunds for Old Glory VPN, operated by Old Glory LLC.

1. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Old Glory VPN offers the following plans. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Annual plans are charged as one annual payment. Any advertised monthly equivalent is for comparison purposes and does not mean the annual plan is billed monthly.

Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed at checkout. Any promotional pricing and its duration will be disclosed when you subscribe.

2. Seven-Day Free Trial

Our monthly plans include a seven-day free trial, beginning when you complete your trial signup.

Unless you cancel before your seven-day trial expires, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription. Your payment method will be charged $9.99 per month for the 1-device plan or $12.99 per month for the 3-device plan, plus applicable taxes.

Your subscription then renews automatically each month until canceled. The trial is not a money-back guarantee. To avoid the first subscription charge, you must cancel before the trial expires using one of the methods below.

3. Automatic Renewal and Payment Authorization

By completing checkout for a subscription, you agree to this Subscription & Cancellation Policy and authorize Old Glory VPN to charge your selected payment method for the recurring amount and billing frequency disclosed at signup.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions are charged at purchase and renew each year. Renewals continue until you cancel.

We will provide notice of changes to your subscription price before they take effect and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel through either of these methods:

Customer portal: Sign in to your Old Glory VPN customer portal, open your subscription, and complete the cancellation process.
Email: Send a clear cancellation request to support@oldgloryvpn.com. Include the email address associated with your subscription and, if available, your order number so we can identify your account.

To avoid a charge, complete your portal cancellation or ensure we receive your email cancellation request before your trial expires or before your next scheduled renewal charge.

For email requests that identify your subscription, the time we receive your request determines whether it was submitted before the deadline—not the time our support team responds. If you contact us before the deadline but are charged because of a processing delay, we will reverse that charge.

Uninstalling the app, disconnecting the VPN, or choosing not to use the service does not cancel your subscription.

5. What Happens After Cancellation

If you cancel before your free trial expires, you will not be charged for the paid subscription.

If you cancel after a paid billing period begins, cancellation stops future renewals. You may continue using the service through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Cancellation does not retroactively cancel a valid charge already incurred.

6. No Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are nonrefundable.

We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for:

Trial-conversion charges when you did not cancel before the trial expired.
Renewal charges when you did not cancel before the renewal.
Unused time, partial months, or partial annual subscription periods.
Failure to download, activate, or use the service.
A change of mind or cancellation after a paid billing period begins.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If you believe a charge was incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or processed after a timely cancellation, contact support@oldgloryvpn.com so we can investigate and correct any billing error.
